The hotel was clean with absolutely kind staff that made my reservation. Got new-fashioned, soundproof room with the AC, 2 king beds and a pullout couch. Location: the venue was right by lovely and quiet Carlsbad, and the nearby beach and restaurants. Apart from that, Carlsbad Lagoon was 5 minutes' drive away.
